Calculator data
Deterministic calculations run in your browser. When you use “Share setup,” entered values are placed in the page URL so you can copy or share them. Anyone with that URL can see those values.
External reference data
Currency conversion requests the selected three-letter currency pair from Frankfurter, and U.S. inflation requests the selected years from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Entered dollar amounts stay in the browser and are applied to the returned rate or index ratio locally. Those data services may receive ordinary server request information under their own policies.
Usage events
The application includes a server endpoint designed for anonymous product events such as a calculator completion or shared setup. It does not include the values entered into the calculator, and the browser-side sender honors the Do Not Track setting.
Local browser storage
CalcDB may remember a short list of recently opened tools on your device. SVG files that you explicitly add are sanitized and saved in the browser's local IndexedDB so they can be reused by other calculators. These assets are not tied to an account, do not sync between devices, and can be removed from the SVG library or by clearing site data in your browser.
Advertising and accounts
Ads and user accounts are not enabled in this version. This policy will be updated before either feature is introduced, including details about cookies, consent, retention, and service providers.
